Needle Exchange

Syringe Exchange works to prevent the spread of HIV and other diseases among adult (18+) drug injectors. Participants receive counseling, safer sex information and supplies, free and anonymous HIV testing,  as well as drug treatment and other referrals.

Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm
Mobile Unit Parked at different places in Umatilla and Morrow counties

1st wed of each month 1-3pm Pendleton Stillman Park

2nd wed of each month McNary Mobile Manor 2-5pm Umatilla Oregon

3rd wed of each month 11th & Orchard 2-5pm Hermiston Oregon

3rd Friday of each month 2-5pm Near Riverside Night club Umatilla Oregon
